Rigby woman arrested for drugs after attempting to steal from D.I.

The Idaho Falls Police arrested 37-year-old Lacy J. Moedl for multiple drug offenses Monday evening.

Moedl of Rigby was booked into the Bonneville County Jail for felony possession of a controlledsubstance, felony possession of a schedule II drug, possession of a schedule III drug, drug paraphernalia, resisting arrest, petty theft and a Bonneville County warrant.

Officers were called to report of a theft at Deseret Industries Monday evening at around 5:47 p.m. Moedl was caught attempting to steal merchandise by D.I. security employees. Moedl also had a warrant for arrest.

While being placed under arrest, Moedl was found in possession of methamphetamine, hydrocodone,various other prescription medication, a syringe and spoon set.
