Red Robin opens in Chubbuck

The new Red Robin location in Chubbuck held its grand opening on Monday.

Red Robin is located on Pole Line Road next to Panera Bread. While Monday was the official grand opening for the public, the restaurant had a “sneak peek” opening last week. The restaurant invited a few people to come in and eat, allowing the staff to train and practice before opening day.

Red Robin is best known for its gourmet burgers. It also offers salads, sandwiches, wraps and a variety of other menu items. The general manager, Kerry Aughenbaugh, said opening day was going pretty well.

“Flawless so far,” he said. “It’s been a great day, everybody’s excited. The community seems excited for us to be here, and my team and the rest of us, we’re definitely excited to be a part of Chubbuck and Pocatello.”

Red Robin is open Mondays through Thursdays from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. It is open Fridays and Saturdays from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. The restaurant’s website also has more information and a list of menu items.
