Two arrested in Bonneville County drug bust
UPDATE: 9:20 a.m. Thursday
Two people were detained at around 5:30 p.m. Wednesday after Bonneville County Sheriff’s Deputies served a search warrant at a home near East Sunnyside Road and Springfield Lane.
Gregory and Megan Doss were taken into custody along with a female adult who was not involved in the investigation.
During the search, deputies located approximately 31 marijuana plants growing inside the residence. Several items associated with the growing and selling of marijuana were also discovered.
Both Gregory and Megan Doss were arrested on felony charges of manufacturing a controlled substance, possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver, and drug trafficking.
Two minor children were present at the time and released to family members at the scene.

The Bonneville County Sheriff’s Office arrested a man and woman after serving a narcotic search warrant Wednesday afternoon.
Multiple marijuana plants and equipment used to make illegal drugs were taken from a home off of E. Sunnyside Road and Springfield Drive. This area is just outside the city limits of Idaho Falls.
Local News 8/KIDK Eyewitness News was there as deputies took the two into custody.
The Bonneville County Sheriff’s Office told Local News 8/KIDK Eyewitness News the children that were at the home are now with their grandparents.
The names of those arrested and charges against them have not yet been released.
The Sheriff’s office says “Exact names, charges, and other information will not be available until sometime tomorrow .”
