Idaho Falls Event Center contractor selected
The Idaho Falls Auditorium District has selected Bateman-Hall/Hogan as the Construction Manager and General Contractor for the Idaho Falls Event Center. Bateman-Hall/Hogan was one of four teams interviewed for the contract.
Auditorium District Chairman Cindy Ozaki said the selection was based on the company’s qualifications, experience, relationships, and personal commitments.
The process is broken down into two contract phases. The first design phase allows the contractor to work as a team member with architects and the auditorium district board to offer new innovations, best practices,identify risks, provide cost projections and refine project schedules.
Once the design phase is complete the contractor will negotiate a gross maximum price for the construction contract.
Once that price is agreed to, the construction phase of the contract will begin.
