‘My meth use just absolutely destroyed my life’

Nine out of ten people who try meth for the first time get addicted to it, which is why the Idaho Meth Project promotes prevention.

Boots on the Board Walk: Givin’ Meth the Boot, a fundraiser for the group, was Friday night. It’s to help raise money so the Idaho Meth Project can keep it’s message, “Not even once,” going.

“We need to come together as a community to support people with substance abuse problems,”Stephanie Taylor-Silva, former addict. “You cannot get better on your own. For me, i had to get support literally in every aspect of my life.”
