Homeless man arrested for indecent exposure

Rigby Police have arrested a local homeless man for exposing himself to at least three other people.

Police arrested Tyrone Caldwell Tuesday on a warrant for indecent exposure. Caldwell was booked into the Jefferson County Jail.

Earlier in August, Rigby Police officers received multiple complaints about a man exposing himself on both public and private property. The reporting victims included multiple adults and a juvenile female. After multiple people identified Caldwell as the one who exposed himself police obtained a warrant for his arrest.

At the time of his arrest, Tyrone was found to be in possession of a check book which belonged to an Island park resident, who has no relation to Tyrone. The owner of the checkbook had reported to Officers that it had been missing for some time. Tyrone was also charged with unlawful possession of a bank account number.
