Update: Man and woman arrested in connection to Bonneville County murder

Update 6:15 pm: The Bonneville County Sheriff’s office confirms that Deena Aday has also been arrested on charges connected to the murder of Kristin Caldwell. Aday was found earlier Friday with Jeremy White. Bonneville County Sheriff’s office was able to obtain a warrant for her arrest for accessory to a felony. She is being held at the Nye County Jail.

Both White and Aday will be extradited to Idaho as the investigation continues.

Original Story: Jeremy White, who is wanted in connection to aBonneville County murder, has been arrested by police in Nevada.

White is the primary suspect in the murder of Kristin Caldwell, his longtime girlfriend. White has been on the run for more than 2 weeks.

Nye County, Nevada Sheriff’s office confirms that they arrested White. The sheriff’s office was tipped off that White was in the area visiting family. Detectives observed White’s vehicle leaving a home in Pahrump. In a coordinated effort between the sheriff’s office and patrol groups, a felony traffic stop was conducted on White’s vehicle in the area of Mt. Charleston and Red Butte.

White was taken into custody without incident and booked into the Nye County Detention Center Friday Morning. There was a female passenger in the vehicle who was questioned and subsequently released. Local Pahrump, a media group that documented the arrest, says this passenger was Deena Aday but that was not confirmed by police.White was booked into the Nye County Detention Center and is expected to be extradited to Idaho related to the charges of murder there.

Family of the victim posted earlier today on Facebook that White had been caught and thanked the public for helping to track him down.
