Police respond to battery incident at Pine Ridge Mall

Chubbuck Police responded to a reported incident of battery at Pine Ridge Mall early Thursday afternoon.

Chubbuck Police received a report of a possible assault at about 12:30 Thursday afternoon. The incident occurred at JC Penny.

Chubbuck Police say that Edward Luckenbill, of Chubbuck, was charged with battery for attacking another man inside the mall. He was later released because he was not considered dangerous.

Details about how the incident happened have not been released and it is still being investigated.
