Two suspects in Malad bank robbery arrested

Update 6:05 pm: The Oneida County Sheriff’s office says two men have been arrested as suspects in the robbery of the US bank in Malad. Both men are being questioned at this time and the sheriff’s office will release more details when they are available.

Original Story: The Oneida County Sheriff is investigating a bank robbery that occurred at the US Bank in Malad Wednesday afternoon.

No photos of the suspect are available at this time but he has been described as a black male in his early twenties wearing a hooded sweater and sunglasses. The man was driving a 4 door Toyota with extreme damage to the front end. The car also had black spoked wheels with no hub caps, a temporary license sticker, and no window tinting.
