Teton Honda moves into new location

Teton Honda in Pocatello held a ribbon cutting on Thursday to celebrate the opening of its new location.

The new Honda dealership will be located at 1945 Hurley Drive. Mario Hernandez, Honda dealer, said it’s been working on moving into the new location for 18 months.

Hernandez said this location is bigger and will offer more inventory for customers. He said the move was necessary because Honda is growing and the company needed more space.

The new location will offer more inventory, a larger service department, a full-service car wash and more.

Hernandez said he hopes the move will be able to help improve customers’ overall car shopping experience.

“Honda is expanding in this market and we want to make certain that we have the display and can offer the retail experience that customers are looking for when they’re purchasing a new vehicle,” Hernandez said. “So the second largest purchase other than their home that they make is a vehicle and we want to make sure that people enjoy it and feel good about it.”

The Teton Hyundai dealership will also be switching locations. It will move from its current location on Pole Line Road to the Honda dealership’s previous location on Yellowstone Avenue.
