Jeremy White and Deena Aday appear in court

A preliminary hearing for Jeremy White has been continued to January 20, 2017. White is charged with 2 nd degree murder in the death of Christin Caldwell .

Deena Aday, arrested with Jeremy White in Parumph, Nevada November 25, has been released from jail pending a preliminary hearing February 24, 2017.

Aday appeared before Judge Stephen Clark in Idaho Falls Friday. She was ordered to undergo drug testing, to search for a job, and not to possess any firearms or weapons.

She must also attend all court hearings and stay in contact with her attorney.

According to prosecutors, Aday is now cooperating with authorities in their investigation of the case against White.

Aday was initially charged as an accessory to a felon. Aday accompanied White to Nevada after Caldwell’s body was found buried in the basement of the house Caldwell shared with him.
