Man charged after threatening acquaintence with a gun
Pocatello Police arrested Dustin Lin Dunn, 26, at around 7:20 p.m. Wednesday on charges of aggravated assault after an incident with a gun. Police were called to the 500 block of Jefferson at 5:17 p.m. According to reports, Dunn had pointed a black, 9 mm handgun at another man. The victim said he was concerned for his safety. Police located Dunn at 450 W. Griffith. They found a BB pistol matching the description of the black handgun in his vehicle. According to reports, Dunn and the victim knew each other. They were in Dunn’s vehicle when the incident started. No one was injured.
