Pocatello man arrested for indecent exposure

Pocatello Police arrested 22-year-old James Ryan Rupp on charges of indecent exposure and disturbing the peace after an incident Tuesday morning.

According to reports, officers were called to 1730 W. Quinn at 7:09 a.m. where a man was reported to be on top of a house, yelling, and not wearing any clothes.

Police found Rupp sitting on the ground outside the house without clothes.

Police said Rupp was initially uncooperative, but was eventually taken into custody without incident.
