Idaho Falls man arrested for meth possession

Idaho Falls Police have arrested a man for meth possession after a possible theft was reported and the Idaho Youth Ranch.

30-year-old Byron J. Perks was arrested for felony possession of a controlled substance on Saturday night and booked into the Bonneville County Jail.

According to police reports, officers responded to the 200 block of North Woodruff for a report of a possible donation theft from the Idaho Youth Ranch around 11 p.m. The reporting party also stated there was a possibility of drug activity.

Officers made contact with Perks. During their contact, Perks was found in possession of Methamphetamine, Marijuana and drug paraphernalia.
