Update: Crash near Osgood happenned after driver fell asleep
Update: Idaho State Police have released more details about a rollover crash that occurred near the Osgood exit on I-15 Friday.
According to ISP, 26-year-old Arnanda Branning of Hotchkiss, Colorado was driving north on I-15 when she fell asleep and rolled the 2005 Chevrolet Uplander she was driving. The vehicle went off the right should and came to rest in a field.
Branning and her four passengers were taken to Eastern Idaho Regional Medical Center to be treated for injuries. No information on how severe the injuries were.
Branning and two of her passengers were not wearing seatbelts. The other two passengers were wearing seatbelts.
Original story: Emergency crews are clearing a rollover crash that occurred near the Osgood exit on I-15.
According to police, a white SUV was traveling north on I-15 when it went off the road and rolled down into the field. According to first responders, five people were taken to the hospital via ambulance.
Police are still investigating the accident. The names of the people involved have not been released at this time.
