Two arrested on drug charges during separate incidents
Idaho Falls Police arrested two men recently on drug charges during separate incidents.
42-year-old Bradley C. Maxwell was arrested for felony possession of a controlled substance and fraudulent possession of a financial transaction card on Friday night.
Maxwell of Idaho Falls was booked into the Bonneville County Jail.
According to the police report, officers contacted Maxwell for suspicious behavior in the alley of the 300 block of Park Avenue around 11:55 p.m. During the contact, Maxwell was found in possession of Methamphetamine and someone else’s financial bank card. He was also found in possession of a syringe.
In a separate incident, Idaho Falls Police also arrested 31-year-old Eduardo G. Anguiano for drug possession on Sunday evening.
Anguiano was booked into the Bonneville County Jail for felony possession of a controlled substance, misdemeanor possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.
The police report states that officers were dispatched to the Teton Laundromat for a person who was acting suspiciously around 5:50 p.m. Before officers arrived, the person left on foot and headed west on East First Street.
Officers contacted Anguiano, who matched the description. It was apparent he was under the influence of drugs. He was found with Marijuana, Methamphetamine, a grinder and a Methamphetamine pipe in his possession.
