Pocatello man dies from motorcycle accident
A Pocatello man has succumbed to his injuries at Portneuf Medical Center after a motorcycle accident on July 12th. Brian Christensen, 45, was hospitalized after his motorcycle went off the road on US 91 at milepost 20 near Preston. Idaho State Police said Christensen was southbound on a 1985 Honda motorcycle. While attempting to pass a vehicle, Christensen lost control of his motorcycle and went off the right shoulder. He was ejected from the bike. ISP said he was not wearing a helmet. Christensen was transported to Franklin County Medical Center in Preston. He was then taken by air ambulance to Portneuf Medical Center in Pocatello.
