A few scattered thunderstorms for this evening along the southern and eastern highlands. Our strong Four-Corners ridge of high pressure is relaxing for the weekend, with drier air working in from the West. The result will be slightly cooler daytime highs with temperatures into the mid to high 80’s. Thunderstorms move back in for Monday and Tuesday. Tonight: Lows near 50 with winds settling down into the nighttime. Tomorrow: Sunny with highs in the upper 80s and breezy. Saturday & Sunday: Sunny with highs in the upper 80s. Monday: Highs near 90° with a slight chance of thunderstorms for the afternoon and evening.
