Man arrested for lewd conduct with a minor

Pocatello Police arrested Abdulaziz H. Alamri, 19, Monday night on charges of lewd conduct with a minor. According to police, Alamri was accused of assaulting an 8-year-old child. The child disclosed the incident to guardians, who then reported the incident to police. Alamri was not under investigation prior to that report. He was arrested shortly after 10 p.m. Monday in the 600 block of North 6th Street. Further details were not released and investigation is continuing.
