$100,000 Powerball winning ticket sold in Bannock County
Another six-figure winning Powerball ticket has been sold in eastern Idaho.
The Idaho Lottery confirmed one winning ticket sold in Bannock County for Saturday night’s draw matched four of the first five numbers and the Powerball.
This ticket also has PowerPlay, making it a $100,000 winner.
The winning numbers were 06, 20, 29, 57, 59, and the Powerball was 22.
“We often see players who believe they didn’t win because they did not match all the numbers to win the jackpot. In Idaho alone on Powerball, we had 4,673 winning tickets worth a total of $125,963 in other prizes,” said Jeff Anderson, Idaho Lottery Director.
Matching four of the first five numbers plus the Powerball is typically a $50,000 win. With the PowerPlay multiplier, an additional $1 per play at the time of purchase, players can multiply non-jackpot prizes by the PowerPlay number chosen for that draw.
On Saturday night, the PowerPlay number was 2, making this ticket worth $100,000.
The Idaho Lottery also encourages everyone to sign the back of their tickets prior to presenting them for payment.
Saturday night’s $100,000 winner has 180 days to claim their prize from Idaho Lottery headquarters in Boise.
