Wanted person arrested after police pursuit in West Yellowstone
The West Yellowstone Police Department arrested an individual who was wanted on a $150,000 warrant in Missoula after a short pursuit through West Yellowstone Thursday.
Law enforcement attempted to stop the man in a high-risk traffic stop on the edge of town, but the suspect fled, leading officers on a short pursuit through town.
The suspect struck the officer’s truck slowing the pursuit before an officer pinned his patrol vehicle against the suspect’s.
The individual was arrested and transported to the Gallatin County Detention Center.
Police report no one was hurt during the incident.
