Detailed Forecast For Oct 13th

With a cold trough of low pressure over Idaho today, the Central Mts will see their first major snowstorm of the season. Expect 1 to 4 inches at the pass level with 3 to 7 inches above 7000 ft. For the Snake River Plain, windy conditions will prevail with blowing dust likely. There is a small chance at snow along I-15 for tonight and into tomorrow, and that chance is better for the southern half of the Snake River Plain. The sun will come out tomorrow afternoon and stick around for a few days, with warmer temps Monday through Wednesday.

Friday: Windy with increasing clouds with rain and snow showers late, and highs into the upper 40’s.

Tonight: Chance of rain/snow, with lows in the upper 20’s.

Saturday: Mostly cloudy, with a 20% chance of snow/rain showers in the morning. Highs in the upper 40’s and low 50’s.

Sunday: Sunny, with highs into the mid 50’s.
