Traffic congested on I-15 near the south Blackfoot exchange
The Idaho State Police reports traffic on Interstate 15 at the south Blackfoot exchange, exit 89, is currently congested in both directions.
A construction crew lost a load of asphalt in the roadway, and it is currently being cleaned up.
ISP said traffic should start flowing again soon, but you should expect congestion in the area for the next 1-2 hours.
