Wind Chill Warning Tonight-Tuesday

Cold Arctic air spilling over into the region from the weekend cold front. We’ll see scattered snow showers, especially in the I-86 corridor between Burley and American falls tonight and Tuesday morning. Winds and cold air will lead to some nasty Wind Chills. The National Weather Service in Pocatello, has issued a WIND CHILL WARNING for Clark, Fremont and Teton counties in Eastern Idaho. Wind chill values could drop as low as -30°, with north winds 10 to 15 mph, with gusts as high as 25 mph.

Tonight: Partly cloudy with isolated snow showers. A low around zero, with Wind chill values as low as -10 to -20. North wind 10 to 15 mph, with gusts as high as 25 mph. Chance of precipitation is 20%.

Tuesday: Partly sunny with a slight chance of snow flurries. A high near 20°. Wind chill values as low as -10. Southwest 5 to 10 mph in the afternoon.

Wednesday: Partly sunny, with a high into the upper 20’s. South southwest wind around 10 mph.
