Express Lab opens second Idaho Falls location
A local medical laboratory is opening a second Idaho Falls location.
Express Lab will be located in Suite 15B of the Teton Medical Plaza at 2001 S. Woodruff. The company already has one lab in Idaho Falls and others in Rexburg and Pocatello.
Express Lab Manager Lori Leask said there is a growing need for laboratory services in Idaho Falls. “Our goal is to keep wait times to a minimum, which is what adding the new site will provide.”
The laboratory was founded in 2000 by Dr. John E. Liljenquist of the Rocky Mountain Diabetes Center. It was created as a local, independent reference laboratory to offer services to the general public as well as southeast Idaho medical providers.
