Reclaim Idaho launching statewide awareness tour
“Reclaim Idaho,” a campaign to pass a Medicaid expansion referendum in Idaho, will launch a statewide tour Thursday.
There are now two green buses leading the campaign. One is traveling north to south, the other east to west.
The East-West bus will kick off its tour in Driggs at noon Thursday and arrive at Snake River Landing in Idaho Falls at around 2 p.m.
Reclaim Idaho said the Medicaid expansion movement has won bipartisan support in Idaho and has already cleared enough signatures to make it on the November ballot. Similar measures have already passed in 33 states.
