Fire damages two homes, combined damage $30,000

Idaho Falls firefighters were called to a fire at 355 E. 13th Street shortly after 4 p.m. Friday.

Firefighters found flame on the outside of two homes and in the attic of one of them. A large tree was also on fire.

A small shed, power lines, a large pine tree and wood and vinyl fencing were all damaged by the fire.

There were no injuries.

Officials say no one was home at the time of the fire.

The combined damage is estimated at $30,000.

The cause of the fire is under investigation.
