Caribou County collision sends six to hospital

Two-vehicle crash on Highway 30 near Milepost 386 in Caribou County leaves six transported to nearby hospital.

On Saturday, around 9:30 p.m, a Caribou County Sheriff’s Office Deputy came upon a two-vehicle crash.

One vehicle driven by Don Jorgensen and passenger Gloria Jorgensen of Blackfoot were involved in a collision. The other car included Jadin Beck with passengers Brittley Eldredge , Spencer Johnson and Rachel Williams of Layton and Smithfield, Utah.

Due to the serious nature of the crash, Emergency Medical Services and Fire for extrication were called to the scene.

All involved were transported to the Caribou Memorial Hospital for treatment.

The accident remains under investigation by the Caribou County Sheriff’s Office.
