Thunderstorms on the way for Wednesday
Smoke continues to move in from the northwest, expect poor air quality for the rest of the week and weekend.
An area of low pressure remains overhead, with moisture from the south, we’ll see thunderstorms for Wednesday. Highs will still be below average with temps into the low 80’s. Heading towards the weekend, sunny skies will prevail. Haze will be an ongoing issue.
Tonight: Late night thunderstorms possible. Lows in the upper 40’s to lower 50’s.
Wednesday: A 40 percent chance of showers and thunderstorms. Partly cloudy, with a high into the low to mid 80’s.
Thursday: Areas of smoke. Sunny, with a high into the mid 80’s.
Friday: Sunny, with highs into the upper 80’s.
