Steamboat Geyser erupts 15th time in 2018
The Steamboat Geyser in Yellowstone National Park erupted for the 15th time in 2018 on Monday.
According to the U.S. Geological Survey, the geyser erupted at 9:12 p.m.
Yellowstone Guidelines captured video of the last eruption on August 22.
USGS said the geyser has decided to follow a semi-regular pattern of erupting every 6-8 days over the past two months; however, it has been 5 days, 9 hours and 29 minutes since the last eruption on August 22.
