Man gets into dispute with booting company representative
Rexburg police responded to a battery incident between a man and a booting company representative Tuesday night.
The booting company placed a boot on the man’s vehicle at the Gates apartments, and the man tried to remove it without payment.
The representative advised the man not to remove the boot, then the man shoved him and fled the scene.
The police found him and cited him with misdemeanor battery.
