One man arrested on lewd conduct charge
Pocatello Police arrested Kevin Douglas Thorne, 53, Wednesday.
Thorne was charged with enticing of children and lewd conduct with a minor child.
Police are releasing no information about the nature of the case. They say only that one child’s parents are aware of the situation and that the child is now safe.
They would not say what led to their investigation, only that it is ongoing. There are no reports of any other children being involved at this time.
