Woman shoots boyfriend for snoring too loud
If you’ve ever had to sleep next to someone who snores loudly, you may have wanted to shoot that person, but you’re not allowed to actually do it.
Well, one woman in Florida did and found herself quickly arrested.
47-year-old Lorie Morin was charged with attempted murder after deputies say she shot her boyfriend of three weeks during an argument about the victim’s loud snoring.
According to the court documents, the victim even showed up to the home on Wednesday with breathing nose strips in an attempt to silence the problem.
After a night of drinking, the sheriff’s office says Morin fired a single shot from a shotgun hitting the victim on his side torso.
Detectives say Morin initially said the shooting was accidental.
The man is in stable condition.
