Shopko announces it is closing all stores
Shopko is closing the last of its 363 stores.
This includes the retailer’s buildings in Idaho Falls and Pocatello.

After declaring bankruptcy in January, they were unable to find a buyer.
“This is not the outcome that we had hoped for when we started our restructuring efforts,” Russ Steinhorst, chief executive officer, said in a statement.
About 100 stores have already closed, and the rest will close by summer.
