UPDATE: Helicopter in neighborhood not an emergency landing
UPDATE 3/30/19 4:44 P.M.: According to Kerry Hammon , the Idaho Falls Fire Department Public Information Officer, the landing of a helicopter was not an emergency landing.
The pilot of the helicopter lands across from his home frequently, but a neighbor who doesn’t know about the helicopter called 911.
There was no danger or threat to the public.
ORIGINAL STORY: An aircraft is made a landing in an Idaho Falls neighborhood Saturday afternoon.
The Idaho Falls Fire Department is responding to 5245 Jupiter Hills Drive for a report of a helicopter landing on the ground.
No fire or injuries have been reported.
