Where is the bunny Idaho Falls Downtown Development event

While most of us are familiar with the traditional egg hunt festivities on Easter, Idaho Falls community members took it to the next level Saturday by going on a bunny hunt.

The Idaho Falls Downtown Development organized a hide-and-seek adventure to find hidden bunnies in downtown Idaho Falls.

Around noon Saturday, community members met at Civitan Plaza to pick up a checklist card before looking for stuffed bunnies around downtown.

Event organizers say it’s a fun activity for kids and an adventure for parents.

Katherine Smith, executive director of Idaho Falls Downtown Development, said, “With this event, it helps drive people into the restaurants and discover something maybe they didn’t know existed. It’s a great, family fun event for the holiday and also a great way to expose the unique shops and restaurants downtown.”

Once the children had found all the bunnies, they were able to go to WeeBee Toys to pick out a prize and meet the Easter Bunny.
