Water line work may disrupt downtown traffic
HK Contractors is preparing to launch a major waterline project in downtown Idaho Falls.
The company said the Park Avenue and D Street waterline project will close Park Avenue from C Street to D Street in order to complete the work.
It is expected that all local residents and business will have access during construction, which is scheduled between May 1 through May 23.
Pedestrians and drivers should watch for equipment and road crews, follow traffic signs and flaggers, and reduce speeds to posted limits.
