Chubbuck stabbing ruled self-inflicted
UPDATE 5/1/19: Chubbuck Police say the injuries sustained by a man Tuesday were probably self-inflicted.
Police investigators say the injuries the man’s injuries did not happen in Chubbuck.
They said the man’s injuries were not life-threatening. He was transported to Portneuf Medical Center for treatment. His condition is unknown.

Chubbuck Police officers responded to the area of Poleline Road east of Yellowstone for the report of an adult male who had an injury to his mid-section Tuesday around 12:37 p.m.
It was initially reported he was stabbed; however, officers are still trying to determine the exact cause of his injury.
The man was transported to Portneuf Medical Center and is currently being treated.
Police do not believe his injuries are life-threatening.
