Highway 32 traffic to be diverted May 6-8
A section of Highway 32, near Ashton will be closed for an estimated 24 hours beginning Monday.
Hill and Son Excavating plans a large pipeline project around the Ashton area. The highway will close from Highway 47 near Ashton High School to 1200 North Highway 32. It will close at around 6 a.m. to around 7 p.m. Monday. Traffic will be diverted on US 20.
On Tuesday, traffic will be directed to one-way travel on the shoulder of the road. Traffic will be controlled by a temporary traffic light. That diversion will continue from 6 a.m. Tuesday through Wednesday.
Emergency agencies have been notified.
