Parade of Homes kicks off in Idaho Falls

Looking to build a home? How about getting some inspiration on how to remodel or redecorate your kitchen? Well, you’re in luck. The Eastern Idaho Home Builders Association is holding its annual Parade of Homes for the next two weekends.

“It’s just incredible to see the builders work and that work paying off,” said Nadene Michaelson, the executive officer for the Eastern Idaho Home Builders Association.

The Eastern Idaho Home Builders Association calls it a showcase of what Idaho Falls builders can do.

“It is an opportunity for builders to market their homes, meet with customers and potential clients,” said Russ Jensen, the president of the Eastern Idaho Home Builders Association.

There are 12 different homes that the community can go through this year, several of which are up for sale.

“We have different floor plans, different materials that you might see in a home, but we also have different decorations and different decorators,” Jensen said.

Tickets for the Parade of Homes are $10, and you can buy them HERE.
