Missing persons found safe

The Cassia County Sheriff’s Office and Idaho State Police say Zacora and Elizabeth Manning have been located and are safe.

The Cassia County Sheriff’s Office has issued an endangered missing person advisory for Zacora and Elizabeth Manning.

Zacora is a one-month-old white female with light brown hair and blue eyes. She has a birthmark above her nose.

Elizabeth is a 20-year-old white female with blonde hair and hazel eyes. She is 5 foot 5 inches tall and weighs 170 pounds. She has a tattoo on her back left shoulder.
