Snake River Landing introduces new office space

New and exciting things are coming to Snake River Landing.

Early Wednesday afternoon, Snake River Landing held a groundbreaking ceremony for a new office building.

The building will be three-story high with 60,000 square foot office space.

It is planned to be built at Snake River Parkway and Event Center Drive located at the heart of the 450-acre Snake River Landing multi-use development.

“It’s just an exciting day for us. It’s another step forward as the development continues to move from the north to the south,” chief development officer of Ball Ventures Eric Isom said. “It’s just a great time, and we are looking forward to having the building done.”

Construction will begin after the groundbreaking, and it is planned to be finished by late summer of 2020.
