Sawtooth isn’t just a mountain range in Idaho
IDAHO FALLS, Idaho (KIFI/KIDK)- Idaho National Laboratory is revealing it's newest project.
While the name pays tribute to some of Idaho's famous mountains, this new super computer will make some new notable advancements.
The computer will be used for modeling and simulation and improve safety to testing. It is the 37th fastest computer in the world.
When it is up and running in Spring 2020, Sawtooth will have around 600 users. Half of them in Idaho and the other half remotely.
