Parade of Homes showcases local builders and contractors
IDAHO FALLS, Idaho (KIFI) - The Eastern Idaho Builder's Association kick started the Parade of Homes Thursday morning with a ribbon cutting.
During the six day event, the public can tour multiple brand new homes across Shelley, Idaho Falls, Ammon and Iona.
There are nine different local builders who have produced 12 homes that are on display for the public to see. The chairman of the parade of homes say this gives an opportunity for these east Idaho builders to show us exactly what they can do. The homes include many different styles and price ranges. Some of the homes are already pre-sold to a few families while others are still for sale.
The public can view these homes on Thursday through Saturday of this current week and Thursday through Saturday of next week. The homes will be open from 10 a.m. until 8 p.m. on all six days.
Tickets are $15 each, and all proceeds will go out to the Eastern Idaho Builders Association.
