Mobile home fire under investigation
DRIGGS, Idaho (KIFI) - Officials are investigating the cause of a mobile home fire in Driggs on Monday.
At approximately 10:00 p.m., Teton County Fire Rescue was dispatched to a report of a fire in a residence on East Short Street in downtown Driggs.
Within minutes of being dispatched, the first arriving engine confirmed a fire in a mobile home.
Fire could be seen coming from multiple openings in the front of the home, and fire was threatening adjacent structures.
Fortunately, the occupants were able to get out on their own, but officials say one pet was lost in the fire.
Crews quickly extinguished the fire and completed a search for any other occupants. There were no injuries to civilians or firefighters.
The cause of the fire is under investigation.
