Police arrest a third person in connection with killings of pregnant woman, boyfriend in Texas
SAN ANTONIO (AP) — Police in Texas have arrested a third person in connection to the December killings of an 18-year-old pregnant woman and her boyfriend near San Antonio. Police say 47-year-old Myrta Romanos was taken into custody and charged with three felonies, including concealing a human corpse and tampering with evidence. The arrest comes two weeks after the bodies of Savanah Nicole Soto and Matthew Guerra were found in a car in the parking lot of a San Antonio apartment complex with fatal gunshot wounds. Authorities have previously said the deaths appeared to be the result of a drug deal. Bexar County records did not list an attorney for Romanos. Phone calls to numbers matching her address were either disconnected or went to a voice mailbox that was full.
