IDAHO FALLS, Idaho (KIFI) - Here's what you should know to start your Thursday.
1. A Pocatello judge sentenced a woman accused of poisoning her ex-husband. Courtney Goody plead guilty to two misdemeanor charges of battery for poisoning her ex-husband and friends with selenium. She will serve 180 days in jail, pay a $500 fine and court costs.
2. Destructive Mormon Crickets have been found on roads 10 miles east of Dubois in Clark County. A witness claims it is the largest mass of crickets she has seen since she was a child back in the 1930's. These crickets eat anything and everything in sight and can devastate crop fields.
3. Intermountain Gas crews are preparing a new natural gas pipeline along Pancheri Drive underneath the Snake River in Idaho Falls. Customers will not see any issues with their gas service. Drivers in the area should be careful, and watch for workers. The work should be finished by the 4th of July.
