Snake River Girls Basketball knocks off Marsh Valley 43-36 in elimination game

BLACKFOOT, Idaho (KIFI) - The Snake River Panthers stay alive in the 3A District 5 tournament, as the Panthers won a hard-fought elimination game Saturday night against Marsh Valley.

The Eagles sprung out to the early 8-2 lead before a Snake River timeout.

But the Panthers stormed back and won the game by seven points.

Next up, Snake River advances to the district championship to face American Falls Monday night at 7:00 p.m.
