Chukars evade a jurassic attack convincingly by dominating Raptors 15-3 in series opener

IDAHO FALLS, Idaho (KIFI) - The Idaho Falls Chukars stayed red hot Tuesday night by blowing out the Ogden Raptors 15-3 in the opener to a three-game set at home.

With the win, the Chuks improve to a Pioneer League-best 14-4 overall record with the best batting average in the league.

Hunter Hisky added three more RBIs to his league-leading total of 37 runs driven in. Dusty Stroup also hit a three-run home run as part of a five-run first inning for Idaho Falls.

Next up, the Chukars battle the Raptors once again Wednesday night at Melaleuca Field at 7:05 p.m.
