Rain showers continue overnight clearing by Monday afternoon
TONIGHT: Heavy rain showers are currently working their way through the region and will continue to be with us heading into the overnight to early morning hours for tomorrow. Rain totals are expected to be between a half inch to an inch for most areas. A few severe thunderstorms are also possible with some of these storms. Winds will be slightly breezy between 10-20 mph. Low temperatures get down to the 40's.
TOMORROW: Isolated rain showers continue on for the early morning hours and even up until noon for western WY and SE ID. We will then clear up with partly cloudy skies for the afternoon and evening. Winds will be very gusty and are expected to be between 25-40 mph with gusts up to 60 mph. High temperatures take a major decrease down to the 50's.
LONG TERM: We will have leftover, stray rain showers for Tuesday before completely drying things up for Wednesday. We don't see rain coming back into the picture then until Friday and next weekend, but chances appear to be slim still at the moment. Winds will continue to be gusty for Tuesday before slightly calming down into mid-week. Another windy day is expected for Friday between 20-30 mph. High temperatures will start on to increase back to the 60's for Wednesday and continue to increase into the 80's and 90's in time for Friday.
